Risk Management Application 

All volunteers of Walla Walla Youth Soccer, which includes administrators, coaches, managers, and anyone having direct contact with children (including drivers of carpools) must fill out the risk management application. WSYSA RMA Application.  Please fill out the application and email or send your risk management ID number to Dana Bertran, BMSC Registrar

Blue Mountain Soccer Club Volunteer Application

If you are interested in being a head coach, an assistant coach, coach trainer or team manager, mail in the coaching application form to the address on the form. A coach trainer is a good option for someone with soccer experience who cannot make the commitment to coach a team.
